I have a lot of favorites, but the one I currently one is an Ironwing Flatbow. It has a nice look to it.

Here's my two cents:
Storm Bow will always be up there for me, dyed white of course.
Asuran Bow is nice, and it goes well with my Asuran Armor. Wish it wasn't blue though.
Ivory/Shadow bows I love but I don't like that they're hornbows (not a fan), so I only really like green versions like Elswyths.
Eternal is a good one, imo, but not the best.
Finally, I love Silverwing, but of course I can't afford one, and don't like to save up for something so big anyway.

I was willing to open a thread like this, but luckily I used the search button before doing it.
But now I want to pose the question differently: which one is the best looking inscribable bow, for you?

I've always used the bonus Nevermore because IMO it's the better looking bow and stats are decent, but now I want to do things seriously so I'm looking for an inscribable, but for the moment I seem to only like the ones that are not (amber for example).

The Bonus Mission Pack weapons are pretty neat imho, especially with their availability

Ofc you aren't likely to impress people with those, but skin-wise I like 'em.

I'm actually partial to the Asuran bow myself, dyed dark red to go with my armor. I like it over my Silverwing to be honest. Stormbow's not bad too, but a dime a dozen.

Eternal Bow (recurve), Storm Bow (longbow, white dye), and Feathered Flatbow (flatbow, black dye) are nice.

Vabbian skins and the maplewood bow are interesting. BMP stuff is good. Silverwings are okay.

Undead and Zodiac. I like Storm as well.

Silverwing looks very impressive but to be honest I've never seen one in game. Ditto for Dryad. I think they look great in theory but I can't count them. I'm not about to spend my entire savings for either.

Dragos Flatbow will always be my favorite just due to its size. But for something you can actually mod zodiac is the best imo.

Dryad is wonderful and maybe I'll buy it sooner or later but much more later than sooner....
And Urgoz's is green, sob.

The ones for the bonus mission pack are nice, but only if you have the pack...

Now I'm considering the new oppressor one, it's nice and gold and inscribable! And cheap even if you have to go through those missions.

Well I have or have had probably every bow skin in the game. I still like a lot of the common ones... spiked, regular recurve, amber, aureate, etc. Some of my favs are the BMP bows. Mostly the recurve/short versions of those mursaat skinned and undead ones. I also like torm, eternal, and silverwing recurves. If I had to pick one recurve, it would probably be the torm. I'm on the fence with the silverwing and it's too bad you can't dye/tint the eternal.

Storm is the best looking long bow imo. It's like that chaos axe in that there is nothing else quite like it. I tried platinum, zodiac, celestial, feathered etc. and they all look decent...

I still like my dragos for flatbow. My 1st expensive bow and it still looks impressive. Too bad you can't mod/dye them. I got a destroyer flat, but the charr hero uses it now.

Horn would be mursaat, but I don't use horn bows. I do use the BMP recurve with the mursaat skin dyed black and I like that type of skin.

It's funny how many bows I aquired after I started this thread. It seems shortly after they nerfed splinter etc and I went from bow builds to other builds. Now I mostly use a staff with my AP pet build. What a waste of money and time lol.

I got to splinter barrage my way through the final mish at Lions and thought I'd show some of the one's I've tried/liked with this armor. Those new oppressor weapons dye nicely. I like them better than zodiac bows. Might have a to customize a few more.
